How It Works
You receive an order confirmation with your order number by email.
Blank kits are packed the same day; personalised kits go to our print line.
You get a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped inside the EU are sent duty-paid — the price you see is the price you pay. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or local VAT may be charged by your customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are not collected by us.
- Parcels are declared accurately; we cannot mark orders as gifts.
- Refused parcels are returned to us and refunded minus the return freight.
- Wrong or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays — please double-check at checkout.
